contrary finding open
Barański et al. (British Journal of Nutrition, 2014) meta-analyzed 343 papers on organic vs conventional crops. Organic crops had higher polyphenolics (phenolic acids about 19%, flavonols about 50%, anthocyanins about 51%), lower cadmium, and fewer pesticide detections. That is a composition difference, not a proven clinical outcome, and it was criticized on methods. It still sits against this card's current line that nutritional differences are minor, which is the Stanford-meta side of a split literature.

weakened contested
Logged Barański 2014 BJN against 'nutritional differences minor.' Stanford vs Barański is a real split; card currently only reflects one side.
